Athlete Consulting

With 10+ years living and racing in all parts of Europe, I’ve learned the ins and outs that can make your life a lot easier. I’m fluent in Spanish and French and have developed contacts throughout Europe that can be of great assistance to young riders travelling over for the first time. Moreover, I’ve been through it all and have learned (often the hard way!) how to navigate life on the Old Continent.

This service is aimed at — but not limited to — the young North American travelling to Europe for the first time, or the neo-pro looking to move there full-time. It’s a whole other world and I can help you with everything from big things like finding a place to live and navigating the visa process and options, to smaller things like transport to the airport, buying groceries, even getting locked out of your apartment or whether you can drink the local tap water.

The attrition rate for North Americans trying to make a go of it in Europe is staggeringly high. This is not for lack of talent or ability; rather it is often due to an inability to adapt to life in Europe. I can help you navigate this and make Europe feel like home. Remember: Happy head = Happy legs!
