Since making the decision to coach myself two years ago, I’ve made the best results of my career on a consistent basis, all season long. My power numbers have been the highest they’ve ever been, and my weight the lowest it’s ever been. Most importantly I was able to make those numbers count when it mattered — with a number on my back. My own expertise helped me defy the odds and launch a successful comeback all the way back to the European pro peloton in the midst of the worst market there’s ever been.

Coaching is as much an art as it is science. I take a multi-faceted approach that incorporates not only physiology but also the mental and emotional side of things, psychology, nutrition and diet, goal-setting, race strategy and tactics, stretching and recovery techniques, and so much more.

Everyone is individual and responds differently; what works for one athlete may not work for another. Every training plan is completely customized and personalized to suit you and your goals, your schedule, and your life.
